If you've received a notification on your Android device about an unfamiliar Maktar Tag 2 nearby,
you can make it ring by tapping the system notification.
Once you've located the Maktar Tag 2, follow these steps to disable it.
To Disable Maktar Tag 2
1. Locate the button on/off the front top of the Maktar Tag 2.
2. Quickly press the button five times. A confirmation chime will sound and the light will blink three times.
When Maktar Tag 2 is disabled, you will hear a confirmation sound.
After disabling, the Maktar Tag 2 will be removed from the Find Hub network, preventing the owner from receiving location updates for this device.
Additionally, you will no longer receive alerts related to this Maktar Tag 2.
To Enable Identification
1. Locate the on/off button of he front top of the Maktar Tag 2.
2. Quickly press the button six times. Six confirmation beeps will sound and the light will blink six times.
